Is that right of people to do. I know it is nothing NEW but it is frustrating when you spend good money and want them to keep moving and they go into a collection.

The guy I found has 261 tags in collection. Alone 75 Dog tags. Checking them out, some go back to 2012.... maybe later.

if he sells them for $5. used on ebay $1305.
