+8xspeed
I have created a cartridge by writing LUA code. I import it to Urwigo and build it. I runs fine in the Urwigo emulator. I compile and download to my Samsung Galaxy S5 mini and run with WhereYouGo. The cartridge works fine and it's possible to save, but if I close the cartridge in WhereYouGo the follwing dump shows up: you hit a bug! please report at OpenWIG.googlecode.com ... Tried to call nil. If I say yes to saving it saves and crashes. If I say no it just crashes. Other cartridges I have downloaded work fine. So: 1. Have I missed something in my code? 2. Is Urwigo and WherYouGo Incompatble? 3. Other ideas? OpenWIG seems to have closed? Or does anyone know how to get help from them? /Peter Quote Link to comment
+charlenni
I miss some informations in your topic: - the Android version you use - the stack trace of the error message from WhereYouGo - the part of your code, that is executed when you leave your cartridge It would be nice, if you could provide this informations. +8xspeed
Android version 4.4.2 running on a Samsung Galaxy S5 mini I upload a screenshot of the stacktrace. I have written it all in lua and imported to Urwigo and built the gwc there. I haven't made any functions to be called on end, so I think it has to do with Urwigo. The emoulator in Urwigo exits without faults. Quote Link to comment
+charlenni
Thank you. Create the GWZ file, open it with a ZIP program and extract the _cartridge.lua file. Open this with a normal text editor and go to line 2967. You could find the problem there. Perhaps it is possible to post the lines around this part of your code. Quote Link to comment
