Garmin Etrex 20

We went out geocaching yesterday but when we turned our gps on it said there were no geocaches on it and to go to the website, although I know I'd downloaded them and there were loads of others already on our gps ready to find. Normally when I turn it on it comes up with a list of caches to find. I connected to the computer today to see if I could download a couple of them again and it said they are already on my gps. Why can't I see them? Any help appreciated.

Try deleting the file (or moving it to your computer) and re-creating it.

 

I don't know the etrex, but on other garmin devices, once you've connected your GPS to your computer, it's in \GARMIN\GPX

 

Also check that the thing isn't full up - if it's recording tracks each time, and you never remove old cache GPX files, it may be out of space and that's preventing it creating the temporary files it needs to do to be able to load the caches.

Thanks for your thoughts but I don't actually have a problem loading caches I have a problem seeing ones that are loaded already. I tried loading a couple more and they load ok but the message on the computer said they were already on my gps did I want to overwrite to which I said yes. Once I'd overwritten them I can see them.
