+Alan...
Hello all. With my old 60csx If i wanted to I could delete a single cache there and then. I dont seem to be able to without the use of a computer with my 25 touch. Anybody else tried with any success? Alan. Quote Link to comment
+geodarts
The cache information is part to the gpx file containing it - which could be a file for a single cache or one containing many caches. While you do not necessarily need a computer to delete it (I use my iPhone or iPad), it cannot be deleted using the unit itself. If the cache is part of a larger gpx file (such as that from a pocket query), you have to delete the entire file and replace it with a new file that does not contain the cache you want to remove from the device. +GrateBear
This is probably my biggest complaint about the newer Garmins. On my old Legend Cx, I could delete single caches at any time, regardless of how they were loaded. Now, can only do so by bulk deleting when hooked up to the computer. Quote Link to comment
