+nikcap Posted October 8, 2002 Posted October 8, 2002 Okay, it's been a while since someone floated this topic in the NE forum. Who wants to give a plug (shamless?) to a recent cache they've hunted that for one reason or another was one you just had to add to your watch list. Let's see, Team Ekitt10 has become very found of these: Pennys on the Tracks, I nice walk through the Pine Barrens, with a little tneiglel twist. Alice's Restraunt and Feature Cache, just because, I love finding stuff like this in the woods. It make me feel like an archeologist or something. Plus, there are several other caches in the area of both of there, so they where part of multi find days. Manunka Chunk Tunnels, Weird New Jersey and trains. What else do you need? You Are the GPS, keep your eyes peeled for the NJ edition, this one got me using those math skills that in high school would invoke the phase, "when am I ever gonna need this?" The Giant's Stairs What a hike! What a view! I got my wife out in one piece, so it can't be all that bad, huh? Not to meantion the Status Crow Huntand New Jersey Statewide Hunt. Let's hear 'em! Quote
+jonboy Posted October 8, 2002 Posted October 8, 2002 I like to be made to work, and for that reason I would also include "The Legend of Haviland Hollow" and "Blue Moon". For a surprise location I would vote for "Wish You Were Here" and for good workout I would vote for "Herbert Mine", "Race You to the Top", "Bearcat's Crack in the Rock" and "Sterling-GC2". I still have some good hikes yet to do in Waywayanda, and no doubt some of those will make my list. Quote
