Can't Activate Geocoin

Hi all,

 

I just purchased (in a marina of all places) a big cool "Poison Ivy" trackable geocoin that I'd like to send on it's way. It's stamped with a tracking number that was recognized by geocaching.com - but - it wants an activation code from coincodes.com and unfortunately that website appears to have gone extinct. I suppose I could always hook a dog tag on it but was hoping that wouldn't be necessary.

 

Is there another way to get it activated?

The manufacturer of this Trackable has requested that activation codes be retrieved from their web site.

Please click here to retrieve activation code.

 

And when I click here -> 404 Not Found

That's unfortunate. I have some unactivated "coincodes" coins, and I guess they'd be extra work to activate.

In the request, select "Trackables", "Need Activation Code".

Thanks for the link - Geocaching HQ replied with an activation code. I think the tracking number and activation code are married for eternity if you can only find them.
