State Souvenir Badge Requirements?

Where can I find the requirements required to get a souvenir badge from a given state? I did a geo in WV over a year ago but just noticed I don't have that state's badge. I wanted to find my log of that geo but haven't figured out how to sort through my "found" logs.

A project-gc search found no caches found by you in West Virginia. But I didn't have it set to show archived caches so maybe yours has been.

I got a strange result there 6378 logs but up above 6403 finds. I am on my tablet so can't check gsak but I am pretty sure I don't have 25 duplicate logs.

What, in the my/logs? The link I posted is for all "Found it" logs on one page. It doesn't count "Attended" logs.

 

If the number of "finds" elsewhere includes both "Found it" and "Attended," that could account for the discrepancy.

If someone posted a found it log for a cache in West Virginia, they'd get the WV souvenir and it would remain even if that cache was archived. It would even remain in their profile if the CO deleted the found it log.

I know that I was saying that if the cache had been archived it wouldn't show up in the search not that the souvenir would go away.
