Need help with our cache in Regent's Park, London

A few days ago we were visiting London and my neice wanted to hide a cache so we found this beautiful Regent's Park, but we did not know about the geocache ban, so our cache is now stuck there :-(. We are looking for someone who is willing to help us move the cache or at least save the trackables that are inside the cache.

Is geocaching banned in London, or was it just a vacation cache that does not meet guidelines?

The Royal Parks banned physical caches several years ago, and Regent's Park is a Royal Park. There are other places in London where caches are allowed.

With all of their finds being located in Croatia and Slovenia, I would guess it was a vacation cache attempt.
