+Malemotives Posted May 8, 2015 Share Posted May 8, 2015 (edited) With the ongoing success of my first geocache.... Looks Like But Isn't (GC5MW0D); although it's still fairly new. Got its 28 find today and its 16th favorite point, I will soon hide my second. The uniqueness of this is that the two caches will be some 3078 miles apart. Maintaining them is not an issue, as I spend part of the year in both places. Some time in the next 2 weeks, I will catch a hop to Washington D.C., and after a couple of weeks continue on to Spring Hill, Fl (where I have a summer home), near Tampa. There I will deposit my 2nd geocache; which will be monitored by a family member, when I return to WA state. A third may also find its way to Mesa, AZ, where I often spend the winter. I had several caches around Albuquerque at the time, but this is one of two left in the state. The furthest from that spot is 386 miles. Quote Link to comment

They are about 30 miles apart. We have caches in both areas. And we've been known to do a lot of hiking, so there are caches all over the place! Quote Link to comment
