The Artful Dodger Posted November 7, 2002 Posted November 7, 2002 Shameless plug time again Barring a few changes to make on the Casino section, the New York International Travel Bug Hotel and Casino will be having its Grand Opening. Its a scenic area close to major road arteries on the border of New York/New Jersey that is a rest stop for all those tired travelers as they get from one cache to another. Hopefully, cachers will check it periodically for pickup for international travel too. Remember...travel bugs need pampering too Quote
mortonfox Posted November 7, 2002 Posted November 7, 2002 Looks like a good one. Thanks for leaving Tiger Golf there. Quote
+Alan2 Posted November 7, 2002 Posted November 7, 2002 Shucks! I just dropped off WTCRIVET TB at Mine is Yours cache near Lake Skannatati. COnsidering we're getting into winter and it's kind of a big hike to the cache, it might wind up staying there til SPring. You Hotel would have been a better bet to keep it on it's trek to Cal. Neat idea. Someone should set up a Hotel near LaGuardia Airport here in Queens for the flying cachers. Now let's see - where would be a good spot? Alan Quote
The Artful Dodger Posted November 8, 2002 Author Posted November 8, 2002 T totally redid the CASINO part of the hotel - no popup ads or commercial content. Congrats to the FloopMeister for being the first non-travel bug visitor !! You are awarded a Travel Bug Medal of Honor Quote
