All Geocaches in a State

Does anyone know how to get ALL the caches in a particular state listed? When you go to Filters and type in a state name, it says: 1000 of XX,XXX caches in state. You scroll down and it continues to load and takes forever and finally loads 1000 caches. There is NO way that I can find to get it to load other caches in the state. You can eventually get to the caches that have been published recently and then click on Placed Date and it will show 1000 caches published since 2000. But if you wanted to look at caches placed in, for example, May 2010, you cannot do that. It used to be easy to find caches: Search by State, then scroll over 200 at a time until you get to the month you want to look at. Took only a few seconds. Anyone have any suggestions?

Also the new format change is very difficult to scroll through...and see more than a small handful of caches at a time.

At the moment this workaround still works

For Texas

http://www.geocaching.com/seek/nearest.aspx?State_id=44'>http://www.geocaching.com/seek/nearest.aspx?State_id=44

For other states replace 44 by the state id of the state you want to look at (not necessarily a state of the US).

For Arkansas use 4

Thank you so very much. I appreciate your help so much. Hopefully the workaround will continue to work.

Can you tell me how you got to the workaround in the first place. So I will know what to do in the future or what to do if someone else asks me what to do. Thank you again.
