+TC+12
So I'm starting my Bachelor's in Computer Science and I wrote this game in JavaFX that is similar to Asteroids or Space Invaders for my final project last semester. Over Winter Break I edited it a bit to add in a way for when the player reaches 500 points they get a window that pops up with the coordinates for the cache. What I want to do is upload it to some website somewhere and then put the link to my game on the cache page. I know you can do this as long as the cachers trying to find my cache don't need to sign up with any sort of account to log in to the website where I have it uploaded or anything like that. Other than that I don't think there are any real restrictions on it as long as they don't have to create an account somewhere else or are required to download any files. I'm fairly certain it is okay if I am required to log in to upload my game and everything though. So my question is this: Does anyone know WHERE I can upload my Java project so that other cachers can play it online? I've tried asking around, but so far I haven't found anyone that can tell my a place like this- or any place you can upload a Java project to and play it online period, actually. Thank You in advance! Thomas Quote Link to comment
+J Grouchy
There's a local CO that has put together a number of "games" one either downloads or plays online to get coordinates. Examples: http://coord.info/GC51M7R http://coord.info/GC593MV http://coord.info/GC51NP0 His stuff is hosted at a particular site...but I don't know if it helps you. Quote Link to comment

I'll check it out and see if I can do something with it. Thanks for the info! Thomas Quote Link to comment
