+Hellfire1917 Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Can anyone help a relative newcomer still finding his way around the Geocaching.com website? A few weeks ago I found a very useful page which mapped out existing geocaches, including a circle of 528' radius around each one. The idea, of course, was that you can see if a location you're thinking of is going to meet the placement rules. Can anyone point me to this page, please? I just can't find it again. Tom Quote
+Malpas Wanderer Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Access the site through www.geocachingadmin.com Once customised with your geocaching accound details when you come accross useful sites and pages you can set up links to them in the righ hand pane. Quote
Keystone Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 You were probably looking at the planning tool that's embedded within the Cache Submission Page (where you go to create a new listing when you hide a new cache). Quote
+Kalkendotters Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 But be aware that ONLY traditionals and known waypoints are shown on this map. So you can quite easy pick a place that looks like it is OK, but is already taken by a Mystery cache of a Multi-cache. Quote
+Hellfire1917 Posted January 13, 2015 Author Posted January 13, 2015 Thanks, all. With your help, I've found the page again. Tom Quote
