+Manville Possum
So my post today is concerning Waymarking. What is it and why do you need it? Waymarking is like virtual geocaching, and for me it takes me to interesting places that I like to visit that I would not have known about, similar to geocaching does for me. But with Waymarking I get to see pictures first. I don't Waymark as a game, and I have no interest in the numbers or filling the grids, ect. I Waymark things of historical interest, some very similar to the Find a Grave site. Waymarking is historically accurate in many cases and provides reference links to the subject. It can also be lame things like phone booths and fast food resturants, but there are filters, similar to PQ's. I for one would like to see this thread left open. Quote Link to comment
