Using BadgeGen version V3.2.09

I can't see any belt I would have been awarded (most likely the white belt) being posted along with the badges that I got. Why, and how do I see them?

Badgegen isn't a gsak product, thought there is a GSAK macro which adds badgegen badges to ones profile. The OP might have a look here: http://www.badgegen.com/support.html

Why don't I receive a badge?Usually, if a person isn't receiving any badges (or isn't receiving a specific badge that they should be) the user hasn't selected the "Display..." check box on the options screen of the macro. Make sure that all boxes are checked in this section of the options. Also, you have have chosen to only display badges above a minimum level. Change this option to "Bronze" to see all badges. If this doesn't fix it, there are specific problems that occur with specific badges. If you can't find your answer in the FAQs, try posting your question in the appropriate GSAK forum thread.
