Cannot set local time correctly

Since daylight saving came into effect where I live (South Australia) our time is UTC+10:30 but this is no longer an option in the drop down list in Account Settings/Preferences/Time Zone.

That's correct, you won't be able to find it. They've decided to removed this feature with the latest release.

Set your time zone to "(UTC+9:30) Adelaide". UTC doesn't change with DST and so the offset is always +9:30. The time zone selection automatically accounts for DST changes within the time zone.

Thanks for that advice - though I'm surprised your system knows when DST applies in every country - our mob changes it every so often!

It's actually Mircosoft that's "in the know" - as of today's release we use the framework that they provide and build in to ASP.net.
