Rest stop caches!?

So I'm a newbie really... 95 caches in 2 months is good going considering I don't own a car/drive, so everything I have done has been fairly local or a bus/train journey away...

Anyhow.... I'm headed over to my old hometown of Panama City beach, florida for three weeks next year with the family. I've earmarked quite a few down there- BUT we are also hoping to make the mammoth 14 1/2 hour drive from PCB up to Joplin, Mo to surprise a few family members! My general route is gonna be from PCB, up towards Montgomery, Birmingham,,through part of Mississippi, Memphis, the across Arkansas as I'd like to go back through the Ozark mountains (one of my fav places in the world!)

As my muggle husband is driving.. We need caches in rest stops... You know... The ones where I can casually say, oh look there's a place to stop and stretch our legs (and me convieniently find something WHILE stretching my legs! Ha ha... )

Does anyone know of any good ones, that aren't too difficult? I realize it's only going to take my husband a few times before he realizes I've planned the whole thing! ?
