I can not do anything with it and I don't know how to reset it. It was working find an hour ago. In the menu, look for the “Setup” spanner wrench and tap that. In German, it's labeled “Einstellung”. Then tap the top button in the list, “System”, and then the button called “Sprache Deutsch”, and scroll to the top of the languages. Select “English”.
