+flavio&rose
I've been sending geocaches to my Dakota 20 directly from the Groundspeak site. But recently I realized that many logs haven't been written to the GPS, specially the newest ones. For instance: Geocache GC4MYZV (Parque da Juventude). I sent it to my GPS today (09/12/14) and it was saved successfully. But the newest log shown in the GPS was written by Aphito on 05/07/14. The GPS doesn't show Tsareyly's log posted on 12/07/14, neither mine, posted on 09/07/14. Does anybody know what's going on and how to solve this problem? Quote Link to comment
+flavio&rose
Groundspeak helped me solving the problem: Garmin Dakota 20 doesn't manage weel when you try to overwrite a geocache. It's necessary to delete the old record and then write again. Case closed. Quote Link to comment
+Gushoneybun
Rather than loading caches one by one use pocket queries. With these you can download up to 1,000 caches in each and load that in. Far quicker and easier. Quote Link to comment
+flavio&rose
Thank you for replying. But I did it. I used pocket query. But even though, since there was already a pocket query loaded in the GPS, it didn´t recognize the logs in the new one. It was necessary to erase the old pocket query and then upload the new one into the GPS. Quote Link to comment
