Is there a way to sign up to be alerted when new Geocaching promotions are occurring?

You can check the forums, Facebook, Twitter, sign up for the weekly newsletter. The last three are usually the same general info, but if you keep an eye on the forums you'll come across the occasional bit of info that's not published. The forums is where I first found out about one promo they had, while the other cachers in my area hadn't even heard of it.

 

But it's not like something's happening every week, like the diary of a wimpy kid trackables, it's usually things like major site changes, the apparently now annual, August souvenirs, some advice for newbs, and events and new caches near you.
