+Lost Sailor Posted March 18, 2002 Share Posted March 18, 2002 I am setting a tenative date for the picnic, it is to be on saturday July 27th. The shelters are on a first come first served basis, I am going to need a few people to help. First we have to find a shelter that has not been reserved, I can obtain that list at the vistors center, once we find the shelter someone can wait there, then we can begin to set a few signs out telling people the shelter number, or better yet the co-ordinates, or both to be safe. Let me know who wants to do what. We'll meet at the vistors center at 8:00a.m. and leave from there to find a shelter. If you want to place a temporary cache you should do so sometime before the 27th. Bring the kids, and bring a side dish, so we can have a pot luck lunch.
