+Ritycan
I have a garmin oregon 650. An error popped up that said invalid birdseye map (for about a week) but It was working great. Yesterday I was hiking, the map was there, I put it in my pocket, took my gps out and went back to map and it was blank. When I tap on the map it is all blank except for my arrow. I have tried downloading maps, zooming in and out, hard reset, erasing everything and re uploading the software, nothing has worked. The rest of it works fine, its just my map is gone. My Boyfriend got this gps for me last November, so it is under warranty. I am not sure if it has something to do with the birdseye invalid error or I pushed a button in my pocket. I am wondering if my maps are not in the correct file too. Quote Link to comment
+firestars
What file do you have them in? I do not use Birdseye on my 650 so I just place my maps (I have 5 different types) in the root GARMIN folder. Quote Link to comment
