+Squirrel Nut & Beersnob Posted December 27, 2002 Posted December 27, 2002 ...and I was wondering... has anyone else tried contacting Royal Oak's Parks and Rec. Department yet about caches in their parks? If so, what's the responce? I've noticed a lack of caches in that general area, and am hoping to place one this spring. +trippy1976 Posted January 2, 2003 Posted January 2, 2003 I've never tried, but you could try posting on the MiGO forums and see. Some people there don't read these boards (and Vise versa I guess) http://www.mi-geocaching.org -------- trippy1976 - Team KKF2A Saving geocaches - one golf ball at a time. Quote
+Squirrel Nut & Beersnob Posted January 7, 2003 Author Posted January 7, 2003 And the word is that the 2 parks I was looking at (the only ones you'd actually have a decent chance of hiding a regular cache) are nature preserves, with fragile plants. Oh, well. Maybe I'll find some interesting info/signage inside them this spring and place a virtual in them.
