+nevadanick
Okay so I am About something. So when I got my Road Trip package I grabbed Getzies Road Trip coin When I dropped it into the cache It didn't show miles Was I not suppose to grab it? Was I just suppose to drop it with out grabbing? Since it was a new journey, Getzie should have dipped it in a cache by their home before sending it out. That way it would have started mileage over there. 'IF' you still have the tracking code, or Getzie could do it, dip it in a cache somewhere nearby the origin with a date prior to your first log. I believe you could then 'recalculate', mileage and get the correct travel posted. Without that, the mileage will start here in the US. A new trackable has to have a 'dip' in a cache somewhere, or the first cache it is placed in will be the starting point. Quote Link to comment

Since it is your traveler, you have the ID code # on your TB page. Use the 'add a log' entry. Set the date prior to 7/2/14. Select a cache near you and dip it in that cache with a 'write note' entry. Save the entry and you can then 'recalculate' the mileage from the main TB page. That should fix the mileage from you to Shannon. Quote Link to comment

+Ogima
My traveling coin hasn't traveled that much :-( In fact, it is still in my long archived event a couple of meters from my home, although I'm pretty sure it has been received in the US. Toojin, please retreive it and drop it in a cache so it can start its roadtrip. Quote Link to comment
+ElliPirelli
I believe, it was my mission, which arrived today! Jay! Unfortunately flickr changed their site somehow and I'm too stupid to link a picture now... I'll try, though. (@flickr: An update is something, which makes the site unbearable difficult to navigate. I hate updates...) Anyway, I got a lovely Kathys Coin too in gold along with acompanying proxy. Quite a heavy coin it is, and really colourful. I'm hoping for a lot of dogs as well, when I finally reach there, where they'll wait for me... So my mission is fulfilled at both ends, finally. +GeoCharmer81
Happy to see the update from steben6 and that she liked the coin!!! The coin commemorates GC128 The Fort Williams Cache---Maine's first--- as well as the lighthouse. I did check out her profile and saw they'd visited the cache and so have I. Thanks again to Navadanick for sending us down this road!!! Quote Link to comment
