Magellan explorist GC not showing maps after update

I updated my Magellan Explorist GC and it corrupted it and now not showing maps. Magellan said its been corrupted and will replace even though out of warranty but only to a USA or Canadian address. Has anyone else had this problem ? or know if their Europe one will replace?
