Hi guys,

 

In about 2 months I'll be visiting Scotland and what better way to get around than geocaching. I've been trying to make a PQ with just the caches of Scotland but all I get is the entire UK cozz Scotland isn't listed as a country or state. Any good ideas to just get the ones located in Scotland?

Try selecting States.

Northern Scotland

Southern Scotland.

 

May be worth trying to do a Cache along a Route PQ.

 

GSAK has a very nice version of it's own.

Thanx, found Southern Scotland in the mean time, making those PQ's right now. Will look for Northern too.

Noticed you use GSAK!

Look for GetCachesOnRoute.gsk

Yes I'd go with the caches along a route option. There would be too many caches in Scotland for one PQ. Best to narrow it down somewhat.

Agree with others, cache along a route is better.

Hi,

 

If you want a good way to see some nice scenery, you should have a look at the Haggis Highway which snakes about the North of Scotland and parts of the South. There is a Mega event in Ayrshire on 2nd August as well which has triggered a lot of new caches in Ayrshire so that could be a nice place to go. I hope you enjoy your trip to Bonnie Scotland.
