Need help moving a travel bug out of Duluth, MN

The Travel Bug Snow to Sand seems to be trapped in Duluth, MN. If anyone can help get this bug moving along, I would be grateful. Find it here:

Looks like you just need some better caching weather. I noticed there hasn't been any activity on nearby caches either. I think once the weather gets better, it'll start moving.

You ought to travel to Arizona to do some geocaching. We have great geocaching weather.

Hey... hey!!!

 

I'm going to Duluth in about a month... probably the bug will be gone by then, but if it's still there, I can move it to many places.

 

From Duluth I will going up to Thunder Bay... then back south and I will be making my way back to Memphis.

 

Email me... we'll see if it's still there when I make it to the area and we can place it somewhere where it'll move more quickly.
