+Funky_Boris
I recently discovered that the Premium membership buying proces has changed. Now the first step in buying is to choose your location. I live in Denmark. A one year membership costs 29.99 euro. If I choose my location to be something outside the EU, the price is suddenly $29.99. Same number, different currency. Currently a euro is worth 1.38 dollars which means that residents in the EU pays 38% more than the rest of the world for their membership. What gives? Quote Link to comment

+Gitchee-Gummee
I believe it has something to do with taxes. A sneaky little(?) thing called VAT (Value Added Tax), imposed throughout the EU. The exchange rate has little to do with it. It's your Gubment(s) doing it. http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/taxation/vat/how_vat_works/index_en.htm Quote Link to comment
