Forum not showing new content

Hello, all...I've been noticing since yesterday evening or so that when I visit the Groundspeak Geocaching forum, when I tap "Show New Content" I get the reply that no new content is available. This is consistent, even if I wait a few hours between attempts. I know there's enough traffic on these forums that there must have been SOME new content.

This is when trying to browse the Forums with my iPhone. It does the same thing whether I'm using the IP mobile version or the full site view. I don't know whether it does it on a regular computer or this is just an iPhone thing, I'm going to try that next. It does appear that I'm properly logged in, I logged out and logged back in to make sure.

Anybody else experiencing this?

I've notified our IT team of this issue.

Can anyone give a better idea of when it last worked properly?

I know it was good at about 2:30pm - 3pm US central time yesterday. It seems I also used it later - about 5pm, but I can't swear to it.

Appreciate the prompt response.

Also broken: choosing "Today's active content" which in the past would show all posts made in the last 24 hours, returns 0 posts.

OK, I think I figured it out based on the message you sent me. It was actually the Sphinx search engine that was failing. Please let me know if you feel like something is still broken regarding this issue.

Mystery of the Sphinx, part II ?

Guess I'm missing out, as I don't recall ever hitting new content.

I like looking around.

Can someone explain at what point is new content old content ? Hours, days, weeks?

Thanks.

It shows threads that have posts since your last visit. "Old" content would be stuff you didn't look at the last time you were here. :)
