I was trying to contact Groundspeak regarding if they need to see the documents or materials that logos are going to be posted on...but I cannot get the new contact us email site to go thru. I type the security word exactly as it shows with the : at the end of it, and it keeps saying that isn't the word. Not sure what is wrong.

I think I figured it out by playing with it....DO NOT ADD the : even though it looks like part of the security word!

In the credits of any digital content, the word "Geocaching" should link to www.geocaching.com and the words "Cache In Trash Out" should link to http://www.geocaching.com/cito/.

Always link our logos to Geocaching.com when using them on a webpage.

 

Pretty much if you are using it for personal use, or events or such, and not making miney on it you are free to use it. That is your permission, you do not need to ask. Now if you're using it on a product you intend to sell, or something like that, that's another story.

Another general rule of thumb: If you are trying to fill in a "Captcha", it won't work without cookies turned on, at least for the time it takes to deal with the Captcha. Not sure if it applies here, but I've seen this dozens of times elsewhere.
