Thank you Claire for again hosting a great mission, can't wait till the next mission

I'll be back in November only :P

Let's see ... April, November, June, July .... I think that's in the correct order ... :surprise:

Yeps, thats the correct order :D . I haven't received my names yet. Did something go wrong ?

It could be a Happy vacation mission. But, I leave it to someone else

-snip, snip -

It could be a Happy vacation mission. But, I leave it to someone else

I'm certainly not the caliber of a 'Claire Mission' host ... but I'll give it a go ...

how about a - Summer Road Trip Mission - ... ???

or ... post some suggestions here. A new mission name?

A mission purpose?:

Coin and a card?

Coin, summer/travel card, a 'summer' trinket and/or ....... ??

Coin, postcard from your home base or area you visit, a 'souvenir' of some kind, and/or ??

Suggestions by May 1 and I'll announce the new Mission after we've discussed it here.

With lots of folks vacationing and traveling, we'll keep the time frames pretty liberal.

No hurry, no pressure ... just ... DO IT NOW ...

Sorry haven't been on the forum, yes I mailed my package on 4/15/14.

Thought I should do a little update on this mission. Should there be any changes to make, just write a post and I'll make the corrections. There may be some with all those ¨add reply¨ and I may have mixed the ¨arrived¨ and ¨received¨

Not sure if the following sent their missions:

TeamEccs21

The Fossillady

lorca.nl - Koos (dog)

Shadow's Friend is Down Under for a while so we will know about her mission only once she is back home

I apologize if I wrote your name on the lists by mistake. It's probably the lack of chocolate that made me do it  I could read all the posts again but, I'm too lazy. I just looked at the post-it notes with everyone's mission I have on the wall and I came up with those lists

Just a few days before Easter :drama:

I like the idea of a "roadtrip" i would also suggest a Coin, Postcard of Local home, some local pictures, and why not build a "public bookmark" of the 10 best local caches in the card and write the adress http:.... of the bookmark that way it will be fun facts about the local caches... and if any one decide to do a road trip and decide to bring the misison on hand will know what caches to do ! ;):)

Why not include a short text describing why you should come to our local caching area! ;)

Maybe you should send an e-mail to Intrepid Dyad.

It only took them six minutes to ask RedShoesGirl for a FREE coin, but can't answer an obligation here for weeks ... :(

We are back from our vacation and my Easter Mission is here! And what a wonderful package it is!!!

Julie aka Champagne00 sent the most adorable card with 6 of the cutest rabbits!!! With the card were 2 amazing coins. A Quebec Micro and a huge Association Geocaching Quebec 2014 Geocoin. I am thrilled and honored to have them both.

Also include was a great pen that is too nice to use geocaching. :)

It is official, the only one still waiting for her mission is...... me

I know it's on its way so, keeping myself busy with other stuff like worrying about my big furry friend Wyatt Earp who is limping since we came back home yesterday night. We left him home during the week-end while attending a dog show with our youngest. My daughter and a good friend of mine came on a regular basis and apparently the limping started on Saturday night. As soon as I entered the home he came to greet me and I noticed the limping right away. So, after a 6 hours trip we took him to an emergency clinic where ha already has a file. They took some x-rays and nothing was broken. We arranged for an appointment early this morning with his specialist which did a surgery on him one year ago. She is pretty sure it's an inflamation and gave him some kind of medecine. If it doesn't help we will go with something else. But, we'll keep our fingers ans paws crossed for a speedy recovery.

Right now he is resting a few feet from me and I can't stand the thought of him getting up and having so much trouble walking. But, he will eventually because he will be hungry very soon :omnomnom:

So, right now I'm really not in a good mood :(

Sorry Roy, it may take a while for the picture of myself with the geocoin, In fact,I was waiting for mine to arrive and take a picture of both Wyatt, me and our missions

Happy pills for you both ... :)

We're standing by awaiting reports, updates and GOOD NEWS !!!

Sorry, no good news this morning. He is getting worst, doesn't want to put any weight at all on the leg :( He is moaning from times to times

Just left a message for his specialist about it and to see if it's supposed to get worst before getting better. She will be in surgery today so I'm not sure if she will call before or after. I stay home today so I'll keep an eye on him and wait for the call :signalviolin:

We are all here in the waiting room ....

(at your convenience)

The assistant of his surgeon called me back and told me we'll wait until tomorrow morning to see if there are any changes. If there is no improvement we will meet with her tomorrow to see what we do next. I stayed home today to keep an eye on him. He still has a very good appetite and still asks for a cookie on a regular basis

Like I wrote earlier, on Tuesday, it got worsed. Wyatt couldn't put any weight on his leg and was moaning a lot. As requested by his specialist we went to see her again on Wednesday and she examined him again, took an extra x-ray of his shoulder. She is sure that it is his right front elbow which is inflammated so he now has an extra pill to take once a day. It probably helped because he had a good evening and night sleep on Tuesday and he was not moaning anymore. On Tuesday the limpimg was not as bad and today he is even better.

I was just brushing him on the patio since we have a very very windy day and I always enjoy seeing the hair fly everywhere. You may even see some passing by so, should you see some doggie hair fly by, have a little thought for our big furry friend  The best part it that he went downstairs to get his Kong to play with me, a good sign I suppose :)

I know the limping is not gone but I keep my fingers crossed. I want to give Wyatt all what medecine has now to offer so he may also get a treatment next week to help him even if the limping disappeared. We never know when he may suffer from an other arthritis crisis again  If we can prevent it I'm all for it ;)

I'm leaving you on this positive note :signalviolin:

Have a nice week-end everyone :mmraspberry:

DARN!!! I haven't been on the computer much for the past few days so hadn't seen that Wyatt was having problems.

Sorry to hear he was "down," and very happy he's on his way "up"!!! I'm certain that it's a relief for Claire, too.

As everyone else, I hope he continues to improve!!! I always love to see him and Claire and Claude at MWGB!!!

Sending love and healing wishes to all of you!!!

And, give him (and Jake) a HALF cookie from me. Don't want them to get

too well-loved in the belly---AKA fat!!! :omnomnom: :omnomnom: :omnomnom:

I was supposed to post a picture of myself with my mission butI didn't receive it yet. It's not a big deal, as long as my buddy Wyatt Earp is back to normal I'm the happiest girl in the world :antenna:

Since I didn't post a picture of Wyatt's mission, he asked me to help him show to you what he got from SixLittleSpookies. A nice card along with a pizza geocoin and, you won't believe it a popcorn geocoin :drama:. There was also something else with a cute Nerds on it

Thanks Steve on behalf of Wyatt Earp :D
