4-kip
I'm brand new at this. Would like to download a cache. Next text appaers: Please note: To use the services of geocaching.com, you must agree to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer. I click on disclaimer, there is no box..... to agree. +StarBrand
If you are logged on to your account what it actually says is: <<Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.>> It just is what it is. Quote Link to comment
+Gitchee-Gummee
What it actually means, is that if you use the services of geocaching.com you agree to the terms. If you fail to abide by the terms you could be banned -- or whatever they do to violators these days. I recall something about tar and feathers in days gone by... Quote Link to comment

I don't think the OP is objecting to agreeing with the TOU; I think s/he is saying that s/he doesn't get the opportunity to click on "agree." I click on disclaimer, there is no box..... to agree. +Gitchee-Gummee
I didn't see it as an objection either. Just stated that by USING the services, (s)he tacitly agrees to the terms. As a tacit agreement, clicking agreement (or disagreement) is completely unnecessary. Quote Link to comment

I went back and looked at it, and I get it now. Duh! Quote Link to comment
