+cindy&randy Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 The publication of the "Love Love" events, to be held in various cities world-wide on Feb 16th, is good at generating curiosity. But frankly my dear, I have no interest in traveling 75 miles if I haven't got a good idea of what to expect, especially if it's just a Meet&Greet. I hope there is more informative news soon. Quote
+cerberus1 Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 (edited) I saw at least two Reviewer notes saying everything was legit and a Local Cacher has organised the event, on behalf of the Listing Owner.. Most do seem to be meet & greets. I agree it's good at generating curiousity and you even started a thread on it. It it means anything, I suppose we'll find out soon enough... I live in an area that gets maybe 1-2 events a year and they're usually well attended by people that are driving two hours to get here. I suppose that distance becomes relative depending on where you live but I suspect that in many places, traveling 75 miles or more to attend an event is the rule rather than the exception.
