Premium Membership Renewal

Hi,

 

My Premium Membership recently expired and I went ahead to renew my membership by clicking "Renew Membership" as on my Profile I payed for the product all was well, I checked in my account and it said that the renewal date is for the 26th February... So have I been updated here?

Ok I can see that. But something doesn't add up why is my renewal date for 02/26/2014 for re-occurring? I know there was a new cache published near me and I didn't see it through my email so I'm not sure what is going on?

It is possible that you had been granted a one-month extension, for one reason or another. It happens once in a while.

Too, if you had used a single-month PM gift coupon from the purchase of a GPSr, that would explain the one-month diff.

 

In that it gives you a month to your advantage... I wouldn't worry about it.

Or did the email say that your subscription had a month left and would expire on or thereabouts of the 26th of February?

Did you renew based on an email? Is it possible you mistaken the reminder for renewal with your membership actually expiring?

 

Also, this is related to a yearly renewal, not the 3 month renewal option?

Sometimes, the geocaching god smiles down and gifts you for some unknown reason. My original start date was during May, but my renewals for the past couple of years has been 7/31. I think I remember something about getting an extra month, but that's all I remember

I'm premium and I didn't see the Off-Topic forum. I logged out and logged back in and that fixed it.
