+TotemLake
Howdy all, I've decided the HOTM as planned by me, has seen the end of days. Instead, I'm focusing on a new venue to seek out caches which will take more than one day to hunt down. I haven't quite decided on the start date yet. I'm thinnng down from last March and still need to tone up my endurance, but let this be a heads up to take stock of your gear if you decide this is for you. If you don't have rudimentary navigating skills with a map and compass, now is the time to look to REI for those classes. Ideas I'm tossing out as suggestions are: GCQR2P - On the way to Florence Rae GCW62K - French Peak. I have faith the owner still allows found it logs. Other suggestions are welcomed. +MtnMutt-ProDuckShins
Interesting! This weekend at the NKCM as we hiked to Big Old Fort Looking Thing GC1P733, AndrewRJ said the trail reminded him of On the way to Florence Rae. Great News you could be back in action again. I better get on my backside and get in shape for one of these Treks. Quote Link to comment
