The Stoned Wookie
Some of my coins are being discovered after going MIA or somewhere I've never been or haven't been in a long time. I tried contacting some of the cachers dicovering the coins. They never reply though. If somebody knows any of the cachers, please contact them or have them contact me. I want to know whether they have seen the physical coin or a picture of it. I have never posted or sent pictures around of anything containing tracking numbers. This one was discovered in Germany. It has been in my hands since I received it. The log is in German. No Ghosts This one went MIA in Arizona yet cachers keep discovering it. Airborne 4 Quote Link to comment
+Droo
Just delete the logs to the coins that aren't traveling. Apparently it's cool in Germany to log discoveries to randomly found tracking numbers. As for the missing ones... well, it's hard to prove they haven't seen the coins. Quote Link to comment
+Gitchee-Gummee
This statement from one of the logs is the reason you are getting Discoveries on Airborne 4, most likely. Posting of Geocoins and Travel Bugs from notes I have received from a good geocaching friend. Now... your job is to find out who the "good caching friend" is. It can be done, but may be laborious. Good luck. Quote Link to comment
+nevadanick
There seems to be a large increase in 'discoveries' and a lot can be traced back to the Travel Bug Community pages on FB. Seems not be the case with this TB, but with social pages hosting TB and coin pics with tracking visible, logs are inevitable. As stated, just delete them !! I do. Quote Link to comment
