It is waterproof, and comes with a powered cradle with a suction base, and a speaker/volume control built into the DC adaptor. It is in very good shape and works exactly as it should. It has 115 Mb of memory for maps, but that memory is not expandable as it has no memory card slot. It does have a USB connection so you could geocache with it, and update maps fairly quickly.
