Geocaching Intro App for iPhone 2.2

Recommended Posts

The newest version of the Geocaching Intro App comes with all sorts of improvements to make it easier and more intuitive to find geocaches.

Swivel mode

Who says North always has to be up? Now you can turn your phone and the map turns with you.

Live Map Tracking

Just like a good dance partner, when you move the map moves with you. Go get your geocaching groove on.

Look, feel and usability updates

The newest version is all set to fit in with iOS7 and is easier to use.

Profile Updates

Update your Geocaching profile pic with that selfie you just took with a geocache.

New Video

Cool.

Since I don't plan on loading the intro app, I'm just a bit curious...

Was the wording/issue of some folks "upgrading", only to find themselves with premium memberships instead of the full app been corrected?

^^^ This

There have been many recent complaints from new users who have meant to upgrade the app and ended up getting Premium membership instead. It would appear that it's not clearly explained in the app.

Yes, the wording in the app was overhauled to make the upgrade options much more simple and clear.
