Garmin Oregon

Hi all. I have a newer computer and I usually use the 'send to' feature to send potential geocaches to my Garmin GPS.A pop up comes up and offers me to choose which device to 'send to' but it will only let me click on the 'Delorme' and none of the others.

I also have the Oregon (550) but I'm not familiar with the process of sending individual caches to the unit. I only use Pocket Queries and have no issues.

 

Has this problem only started since getting a new computer?

Yes, only since the new computer. It was great with two other computers. No issue whatsoever. While plugged into the computer it Does show that there is connection. Its just not letting me click on the Garmin only the DeLorme.

Chances are you are running IE11 on your new computer. Try turning "Compatibility Mode" on for Geocaching.com in the browser (done via the "Tools > Compatibility View settings" menu option), or try a different browser.
