Guest bk11 Posted December 27, 2001 Share Posted December 27, 2001 On the main forum menu, I click MIDWEST *every* time to Talk Geocaching in Minnesota (when I should be clicking Great Plains). Having been born here, and lived here my whole 29-year-old life, it's what I'm used to hearing our area referred to. To me, the midwest is at least Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa, plus the other states already listed under midwest. And the "Great Plains" is more those flat states: The Dakotas, Nebraska, etc. That, and the fact that I live right on the border of MN/WI... it would be great if at least these two states were in the same group.
