I may be dense but it doesn't seem intuitive to just keep opening different lists until I stumble onto what I am looking for. I have a dynamite WP to submit, it is an overlook on highway 299 in California. try as I might, I cannot find the proper category that leads to a highway overlook. An answer will have each cat step.
