Maybe we could add something for thanksgiving exchange? any ideas, Ie: homemade cache container, etc,

That sounds like a fun idea! I love making my own geocache containers - my brother calls me Lady McGyver. LOL I'll message you.

Would someone explain to me why we are exchanging unactivated travel bugs? Why don't we just keep our own and just send a card? I enjoy the geocoin exchange but this one I don't understand.

Mainly to keep in the spirit of a "Geocaching" swap. Just think how your tags story could begin on it's webpage. Instead of "bought this on sale" maybe "came from COUNTRY/ STATE". :anicute:

8 more days to sign up! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas EVERYWHERE we go.

The OP was "Mission package will consist of one (1) unactivated regular sized travel tag or bug (1 in or larger no mini)". That seems to mean any kind of Trackable tag, not just official Travel Bugs (which only come in one size). If so, participants may receive a different design of tag than the one they sent.

But since I'm not certain, I'm just watching. That's a plan, too. :anicute:

Absolutely... that's the exciting part. The element of surprise, the spirit of the season combined with the adventure and friendship of Geocaching.
