+lov2play Posted September 3, 2013 Share Posted September 3, 2013 Had some problems with my Garmin GPSMap 62S, so I cleared out the GPX folder and reloaded the Garmin Western Topos. Used EasyGPS to load gpx and loc files. All the caches showed as "Not found". They show as found in EasyGPS, but not when loaded. This has worked fine for years. What did I do to boink the "Founds?" +JohnCNA Posted September 4, 2013 Share Posted September 4, 2013 You deleted the 'gpx_visits.txt' file that has the record of which caches you found. That info isn't actually saved in the cache's GPX files. You could recreate that file with a little work. It's just a text file with the GC codes, the date, and the text "Found". Mark two or three caches as found and then look at the format of the file. If you recreate that file, it will show them as found again. Quote Link to comment
