Can't nobody read the descriptions?

I know this is an old complaint, but here's another case where a RESET station has apparently been set after the original disk was destroyed, and a bunch of folks logged it as if the "RESET 1971" stamping on the disk had somehow magically morphed on the original disk from the "1922" stamping listed on the datasheet. I guess we should be thankful that no one filed an erroneous NGS report.

I think most Geocachers aren't aware of and are ignorant of, the stamping header in Datasheets. Or even the very existence of Datasheets.

For most Geocachers, if it's a benchmark, and it's at or close to where they're looking, it must be the one they are expecting to find.

Most people really don't know or care how it all REALLY works.

What bugs me is people who log a find but don't post a photo if the benchmark!

And Founds being logged when a Note would explain the circumstances of the true geodetic mapping point not being seen. MEL

What bugs me even more is when they post a photo that clearly is not the mark described!
