+Kissyfurs
OK, I give up and have to ask. Did a search, went through 3 pages of forums, and apparently everyone is smarter than I... What exactly is GSAK? What does it stand for? I see it mentioned everywhere but the context keeps throwing me off and I can't figure out what it is... Quote Link to comment
Pup Patrol
OK, I give up and have to ask. Did a search, went through 3 pages of forums, and apparently everyone is smarter than I... What exactly is GSAK? What does it stand for? I see it mentioned everywhere but the context keeps throwing me off and I can't figure out what it is... I'm pretty sure the link to the GSAK site has been posted numerous times in the forums. Google is your friend: http://www.gsak.net/ The link is also posted in Groundspeak's Help Center, if you put GSAK in the search bar: Help Center → Other → Miscellaneous 5.7. GC Code http://support.Groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=221 Help Center → Premium Membership → Pocket Queries 2.8. Pocket Queries Increase to 1000 http://support.Groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=243 If space on your device is limited, it is possible to load a large Pocket Query into a third-party software application, such as GSAK, and select only the waypoints you want to export to your GPS unit. +Kacher82
Geocaching Swiss Army Knife. Go to www.gsak.net for more information. It's a geocache database program capable of doing quite a few things outside the Geocaching website. Quote Link to comment
+stijnhommes
It's a database program that let's you download cache data, manipulate said data with filters and macros, and load the result in your GPS device. If there was ever a function you wish the site has, GSAK can probably do it. I would recommend viewing some Youtube Tutorials or simply downloading the program and jumping in to try it out.
