Newb saying hello.

Hi to one and all.

 

I thought I would just say a quick hello to the community on here.

I am from Cornwall near a little village called St Agnes in the Uk ( for those reading from outside the uk )

Myself and my two sons ( 15 & 12 years...not got wife involved yet ! ) have just started Geocaching and had a lot of fun yesterday on our first outing ...getting to grips with an eTrex 20 and clambering about in the local woods etc .

 

It would be great to hear from some locals in my area, there certainly are quite a few caches around us that we did not know even existed .;-)

I do hope we continue as it was good to get the boys off of there PS3`s for a few hours !!

Hi Martin. I think the forum just mentioned above is a bit dead now, but as well as FB, it's worth checking out cacheface.com. I know there is a group for Dorset on there, I don't know if there is one specifically for Cornwall yet but you could always start one.

Try and get to the Picnic on The Head event on 18th August, great bunch always attend and a lot of fun is always had, even if it is organised by an outsider .

The weather has been ordered as per previous years.
