+realityshownut(RSN) Posted June 23, 2013 Share Posted June 23, 2013 I tried to activate a trackable I just hid and got a message saying the activation code does not match the Trackable. What am I doing wrong? I'm not sure if the last digit is a 0 or a O but it didn't activate with either. Can someone help? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
+Gitchee-Gummee Posted June 23, 2013 Share Posted June 23, 2013 (edited) Aside from the O vs 0 confusion... There is also 1 vs I; 2 vs Z; 3 and 8 vs B; 5 vs S. Tip: use a flashlight to direct sidelight across the number. It sometimes helps. Also, when you enter the characters into the website, don't CAP the letters, leave them lower case. When you obtain your activation code from the seller you typically get an email that you have to keep safe. You don't have to guess. You can just copy-paste the activation code. Quote Link to comment

Are you saying that you HID a trackable without activating it, or is that simply a typo? If not a typo, you should go out and pick it up until you have successfully activated it. Turns out the activation code that come with the trackable was wrong - it had 4 letters too many at the end. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
