The pipe has been ended (I can't log in)

Recommended Posts

There was an error reading from the pipe: The pipe has been ended. (109, 0x6d).

I can't log in today, and get the above message. I have no idea what it means. Can someone help me out, and tell me if I'm doing something to cause this? Thanks.

Yep. Since I'm on my work PC and it doesn't matter if I can't get back in, I logged out and tried to log back in. I'm getting the same thing. System is on crack? Someone please get it a fix!

Ain't there a category for crack houses here? Same here, I can't log in either.

I've sent an email to the support folks at Groundspeak.com. Hope they can give us an ETA soon.

Meanwhile, I think the problem is only if you log out and log back in. If you are still logged in on some PC don't log out.

I was seeing that message and was unable to log in as well. After deleting all the Waymarking.com cookies I was able to log in.

I have to give up my cookies for the pipe? So unfair.

You mean you have to lose your cookies?!?!?!? :P

EDIT: Actually, you don't. I noticed in the bug report forum that it had been fixed, so I just logged in. Didn't have to lose my cookies, either.

That's good, 'cause I just came from a Pizza Hut buffet supper. (Cassville, MO PH has a Monday night buffet.)

I think Senator Ted Stevens can shed some light on the issue with the pipes being filled (or tubes as he likes to call them). 2:10 is where he really explains it all, but the whole thing is worth listening to (if you want a laugh)
