Transferring pocket query from smart phone to GPS

Recommended Posts

It can be done but not very easily. It involves buying a wireless router and linking them up. I am sure that the great Portland iOS guru user13771 will be along to explain it.

I was wondering (have to check this the next time I stay in a motel) if the one in the lobby has a usable USB port which I could plug into. Also if internet cafe's still exist you might be able to plug in there. Lastly if you are staying with friends you could use their computer.

If you had an android phone the answer would be get an OTG cord and plug the device in. I ended up buying a cheap $265 net book that I take and use to run gsak and handle pq's.
