I was just uploading the second photo (of 2) for a new waymark when Waymarking.com seemed to die. I can get to everything else, but the Waymarking.com server won't respond.

I don't know how to recover if/when the server comes back up. The other day there was a glitch (my fault) and I went to My Waymarks but was unable to find the waymark I was working on. Fortunately I could find it in my browser's history and take it from there. But if you lose the session, there doesn't seem to be a way to recover an unsubmitted (and unsaved) waymark.

Ok. Several minutes later it came back up. Again I was able to recover by finding the session in my browser's history. But there still doesn't seem to be a general way (other than that) to pick up where you left off on making a new waymark.

It depends on where you were on creating a waymark whether there is a way to recover where you were on a waymark. If you have completed or partially filled in the first page and clicked save and continue and it fails while uploading photos then the waymark will be listed in you unfinished waymarks. Unfinished waymarks is listed on the menu on right side of page.

One of our computers logs me off wm.com constantly. I have learned over time to save after every sentence/change or I'll lose whatever I'm working on. I know it's something from my end, but we don't know how to fix this problem. After having to re-do waymarks I had just typed up, I learned to save every 30 seconds.

I have learned to prepare my waymarks in a text file; then I copy/paste it into the form. This was mainly due to the Hemisphere Bug (coordinates switch back to the wrong hemisphere, when you spend more than two minutes or so on a waymark that is not in N/W), but I found it also helpful for cross-posting. And it prevents from data loss in case of accidents before mentioned.
